Returns & refunds

Digital downloads are generally final sale. Because a downloadable file cannot be physically returned, Cozy Grain Design does not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind after purchase. No physical product is shipped.

If a file is missing, damaged, or materially different from its listing, please contact us so we can investigate and help. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or Etsy’s buyer protections. Etsy handles payment, disputes, and any refund issued through its checkout.

02 / Orders

Cancellations

Digital files can become available immediately after checkout, so an Etsy order may not be cancelable once the purchase is completed. If you ordered the wrong item or have trouble accessing it, contact us through Etsy as soon as possible. Any cancellation or required refund is handled through Etsy and applicable law.

A custom-design inquiry sent through this website is not an order and requires no payment. You can withdraw the inquiry before you agree to paid work. For a paid custom project, the cancellation terms will be confirmed with you before work begins.

03 / Files

Digital delivery

Our ready-made products are digital files, such as guides, plans, SVGs, DXFs, PNGs, or other formats stated in each Etsy listing. The exact files vary by product. Etsy provides the purchased download or explains the delivery process for made-to-order digital work; nothing is mailed.

If you cannot find your download, check your Etsy purchase page and order email, then follow Etsy’s download help ↗. You can also contact us for assistance.

Privacy

When you submit a custom-design request, we receive the name, email address, project description, and any optional phone number, location, or reference image you provide. We use that information to respond, prepare a quote, and—if you choose to proceed—work on your project. We do not collect payment-card details through this website; Etsy handles ready-made product checkout.

The request form is processed and stored by Netlify, our website host. Messages you send by email are also handled by your and our email providers. Etsy separately processes purchases under Etsy’s privacy policy ↗. This website loads web fonts from Google; that request may disclose technical information such as an IP address to Google.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to count page views, product views, searches, contact-form activity, and clicks from a product to Etsy. We do not send contact-form answers or the words typed into shop search to Analytics. The Google Analytics tag does not load until you choose “Allow analytics.” Your choice is saved in this browser; you can change it with “Analytics settings” in the footer. If you decline, the tag remains off. Google may process technical information about your visit when analytics is enabled; see Google’s privacy policy ↗.

05 / Information you provide

Your data & uploads

Please upload only pictures, sketches, and details needed to explain your design. Do not include payment-card numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive information in the form. Reference uploads and form details are accessible to us through Netlify’s submission tools and may be forwarded in notification emails.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted directly to Cozy Grain Design, email cozygraindesign@gmail.com. We will review the request and respond, subject to any records we must keep for an active project or legal obligations. For Etsy account, order, or payment data, use Etsy’s privacy controls or contact Etsy directly. We do not promise a fixed deletion date for form submissions; we review and remove information when it is no longer needed.

06 / Made for you

Custom designs

Submitting a request does not reserve a project or charge you. We will confirm the scope, deliverables, price, timeline, and any exclusivity or resale rights before paid work starts. Updates to an existing guide stay private. For new custom designs, the resale or exclusive option you choose determines whether Cozy Grain Design may later offer that design to others.
